    Shortcus

skupyy · 1 · Last reply by David

Can you fix it so that the Lighter scene embedded in Siri Shortcus doesn't have to have the iPhone unlocked?  When I make a request for Siri Shortcus using Apple Watch or HomePod, for example, Siri Lighter does not make a light scene in Shortcus because it requires an unlocked iPhone.  And that's wrong!  I have Siri Shortcus programmed to play music and launch a Lighter scene.  The music will start playing, but unfortunately if the request was via Apple Watch or Homepod, the Lighter scene will not start!  I consider this to be a fundamental mistake.  Please fix it?

Is there a way to synch Hue to the music coming out of your Echo if you have Hue linked to your Echo?

Threemoons · 5 · Last reply by Threemoons

OK, so was all excited to get my Hue, and glad I found Lighter.  However, I really thought that by now there would be a way to synch my Hue lights to music coming out of my Echo (if I had my Hue linked to my Echo, which I do) without doing some kludge that involves using my phone microphone (no thanks!!).  Does such a solution exist?  Thanks.

App user interface reacts very slow

Dennis · 2 · Last reply by David

The app is very slow to react to anything - pressing a button, sliding up/down, etc..

The app does what's it's supposed to do, but every user input takes 1-2 full seconds for the app to reflect in the user interface. It makes it very hard to use the app, constantly waiting for the app to catch up with your last input.

    I'm on Android.

Lighter desktop app not connecting to bridge

David · 3 · Last reply by Threemoons

Both my PC and my bridge are connected to the same network. However when trying to connect Lighter to the bridge it just won't pick up the bridge at all. I've tested it on the mobile app and it picks it up with no issue. The bridge is definately connected as the stream deck Hue stuff picked it up with no problem at all. Can you help?

    Switching to native Hue-app

Peter · 2 · Last reply by David

How come that the chosen scenery in the app is still lingering on when I switch over and use the native Hue-app to change light? For example, If I like to switch to something else, the last scene I use is still there and affect everything I change to in the native app. Don´t you guys try the app on at least some of the newer Iphones so you can detect different issues? There is a lots of small annoyances everywhere. Overall its a nice app bit way to many issues. Mostly this problem solves itself, kind of, but not

    Most scenes could be brighter!

    Joey H · 2 · Last reply by Joey H

The scenes are great, but could be brighter. Also you can’t swipe up and swipe the app away and have it continue to change colors for the scene you selected.

    Nanoleaf not connecting.

Meghin Trigueiro · 1 · Last reply by David

I am really intrigued by this app and really would find this beneficial to use with my stream deck but unfortunately only my Philips Hue lights connect with it. The Nano Leaf on the other hand does not. I've followed the on-screen instructions (Hold the power button for 10 seconds) the light showing that the Nano Leaf is ready to pair started flashing and then nothing happened in the app.

Why not let the person with same e -mail use this app on two devices. Now this year for Halloween I would have liked to have access to my tablet too, but no. You would rather rip us off. Well you are pathetic with greed. Last time EVER will I purchase this app.
