Hi Nicholas, if it's on Android, I'll need the transaction ID for the refund. You can send it to me at david@abetterhome.life. On iOS this is handled by Apple directly.
If you can tell me more, I would love to know more about the issue you're seeing, so I can fix it. Especially, which device & OS version this is happening on.

Some how I accidentally purchased the $59.99 light app thing and I would really like a refund please I did not mean to purchase this

If this is on iOS, the refunds are managed by Apple.
If it's on Android, I will need the transaction ID to issue a refund, you can email it at david@abetterhome.life
Hi Arlene, is this on Android or iOS? If Android, please email me the transaction ID at david@abetterhome.life and I'll issue the refund ASAP. If iOS, please contact Apple, they handle refunds themselves and won't let developers do it.
Also, could you try deleting the app and reinstalling it? That should fix the issue of the app not starting.
