I purchased the full version of the app on my android phone, however my PC still shows trial. Is there a way to get the access on my PC?

Unfortunately the appstores are separate, and do not allow me to share the subscription between stores.

Is it possible to refund the android version so I can repurchase on PC? Or put a credit on my account and deactivate the android subscription? I just want the full version for PC so I can utilize lighter on my streamdeck

Also, when I hit the buy now after clicking the full version content, the app doesnt do anything.
