Can't connect to Phillips HUE bridge
My HUE lamps works good with my stream deck and my phone, but Lighter app can't find any bridges...

Is this on iOS/Android/PC? Have you tried restarting your device?

Lighter app works from my phone though…
my PC is not using wifi, it’s plugged straight to internet with a cable. But Phillips Hue app found my bridge with no problem, it just Light app on PC can’t find it…

Unfortunately, the software I use to connect to the bridge on PC was not developed by Philips Hue, and seems to have some issues for some users.
If things work on your phone but not the PC, it's probably an issue in that part of the code. Unfortunately I'm not able to reproduce the issue here, and none of the logs I've gotten about it provided useful information.
Is there anything unusual about your network?

Well, nothing unusual, pc is connected to the line, bridge is connected to the wifi bridge that goes straight to the line as well.
I can control Philip’s Hue from my PC with no problem using my Stream Deck… but Lighter is something I really need to create special effect on my stream… and it’s not working for me…
