under Windows Logs / Application, it cant find any logs when I use the find feature and type in lighter. but it does find some logs when I search for them under System if youd like those, but I believe those are just the download logs. if so how would you like me to send them to you.

Could you try reinstalling it?

If that doesn't work, could you send me the log?

im having this same issue. ive deleted and reinstalled several times.
