Refund never arrived

I went to cancel the subscription due price point from my iPhone, when I noticed that $29 was an option.  The app said I’d get the difference refunded and I have not seen the money returned.  This was 4 days ago. Can you please refund my money?

I canceled within the 24 hours using the phone instructions.  I even received a splash screen acknowledging the switching.  But nothing showed in my account for the refunded difference.

If this is on iOS, please contact Apple, since they handle payments and refunds.

If this is on Android, let me know the transaction ID.

If this is on iOS, the refunds are managed by Apple.
If it's on Android, I will need the transaction ID to issue a refund.
