The bit triggers seem tied to a users bitbadge not when they actually cheer bits... so it's triggering every time they speak... please help.

App Freezes on iPhone X ios13.2

Requesting refund, app does not work as expected! Did not want to authorize purchase, was trying to shut down app

This app crashes within 15 seconds of opening it. It used to work great, but this problem has suddenly started on every iPhone and iPad I own. Very frustrating considering I pay an annual fee for the full features of this app. Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

New iPhone only have trial version

I recently bought a new phone and transferred everything to it and now I only have access to the trial version when I bought a year subscription. I have logged in and no change.

Subscribed and was charged for it but I still have the trial version

Cannot join forum or sign in

I have tried to join forum and it sends me an activation link but when I use it, it tells me I am not yet activated and to use the activation link. I then ask it to send me another link, and it tells me to wait a few minutes but it does not send me a new link.

lighter app freezes

Hello,

I have been using your app Lighter on my old iPad mini, and it worked (and works) just fine. However, on my new iPad (2018 model) lighter freezes instant after choosing a scene or lamp. This happens with each and every lamp(s) or scene. Kinda weird isn’t it?
